2. Our Services

We accept all makes, models, and vehicle types including sedans, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, minibuses, and pickup trucks — in any condition.
3. Quotes and Valuations
3.1 All cash offers are based on information provided by you, including the vehicle’s make, model, year, condition, registration status, and location.
3.2 Quotes are provided in good faith and are valid for a period of 2 Days from the time of issue, unless otherwise stated.
3.3 We reserve the right to revise or withdraw a quote if the vehicle’s condition upon inspection materially differs from the description provided.
3.4 The final agreed price will be the amount paid at the time of collection. No additional charges or deductions will be applied after the price is confirmed in writing or verbally.
4. Vehicle Ownership and Authority to Sell
4.1 By accepting our offer and proceeding with the sale, you confirm that:
- You are the registered owner of the vehicle, or have the legal authority to sell it
- The vehicle is free from any finance encumbrances (e.g. car loans), or you have obtained the lender’s written consent to sell
- The vehicle is not reported as stolen
- All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
4.2 You agree to provide valid proof of identity and ownership documentation at the time of vehicle collection.
4.3 We accept no liability for losses arising from false or misleading information provided by the seller. You indemnify us against any claims made by third parties relating to ownership or outstanding finance on the vehicle.
5. Vehicle Collection
5.1 We offer free vehicle collection at a time and location agreed between both parties.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle (or what remains of it) is reasonably accessible for towing or removal at the agreed location.
5.3 If the vehicle cannot be accessed or the appointment is not honoured without reasonable prior notice, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
5.4 We aim to provide same-day or next-day removal, subject to availability. Collection times are estimates and may be subject to change due to operational demands.
6. Payment
6.1 Payment is made in cash at the time of vehicle collection, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in writing in advance.
6.2 Once payment is made and the vehicle has been collected, the transaction is considered final and no refunds will be issued.
6.3 It is your responsibility to cancel the vehicle’s registration and notify the relevant authorities (e.g. VicRoads) upon completion of the sale, unless we have agreed to handle this on your behalf.
7. Transfer of Ownership
7.1 Upon completion of the sale, full ownership and title of the vehicle transfers to New Lands Auto Wreckers Pty Ltd.
7.2 You agree to sign any transfer of ownership documentation required under Victorian or Commonwealth law.
7.3 We will complete the necessary notifications to VicRoads as required by law following collection.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to you for the vehicle.
8.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of income, inconvenience, or third-party claims resulting from the sale transaction.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by contract.
9. Use of Our Website
9.1 You may use our website for lawful purposes only.
9.2 You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website, introduce malicious code, or access any part of the site you are not authorised to access.
9.3 While we take care to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, we make no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content on the site.
